Pájaro Dominicano

The music and video were created to reclaim a queer Latinx identity of Dominican Pájaros (a word for bird, used as a derogatory term for gay men). Through the lens of Queer Ecofeminism this animalization of queers is a colonial practice that devalues femininity. My research paper informed the art direction and production.
