Extended Bloom

Extended Bloom by Arma Dura was commissioned and supported by the Smithsonian’s Archive of American Arts, Keith Haring Foundation & DC Public Libraries. Performance with 3D printed & AR wearables, video, original music and monologues. It took 5 months to create. It was 45 min and had 8 segments, each with a different 3D printed sculpture worn by the artist, a monologue, an original song, a QR code activated AR wearable sculpture for the audience to use and an accompanying video projection. It was performed at the in the Martin Luther King Jr. Library’s auditorium in Washington DC, June 2025.
